All our jewellery is in sterling silver. Pendants are complete with chains. All our jewellery comes in a blue velour box with a descriptive gift card.

Ring sizes (UK) available are shown. Sizes can be converted to those of your own country by using this chart.

All pieces shown in silver can also be done in gold. This would normally take about 6 weeks. We can quote you a price for any piece if you email or call us. Roughly speaking, 9ct pieces are about 5x the price of silver and 18ct is about 10x.

Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Shipping and handling
£4.50 is charged per order for insured postage, whether domestic or worldwide. UK orders are sent by Special Delivery, which ensures next-day delivery. Overseas orders are sent by International Signed-For which normally takes about a week to anywhere in the world.

Delivery schedule
All pieces in stock are sent out within 3 working days and, frequently, on the day of order. We will tell you immediately by email if an item is not in stock and how long it will take to deliver.

Tax charges
All non-European Union citizens can claim back part of the Value Added Tax which is levied on all UK purchases. This applies to purchases of £30 and over. We charge you the normal price but complete the necessary paperwork which we send to the processing authorities. You then receive your refund from them (less their admin. fee) - you don't need to do anything.

Credit card security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
Every piece of jewellery is guaranteed unconditionally. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we will exchange the piece or refund your money immediately.
